A Very Good+ copy with a small neat name and date to front endpaper and light foxing to closed edges else clean, tight and unmarked. Dustjacket is also VG+ and complete with a little light foxing to inner flaps. Fourth impression revised (first was 1951). Foreword by Walter Robert Corti, Founder of the Pestalozzi Children's Village in Switzerland. The author is a sociologist by profession and a founder member and honorary secretary of the British Pestalozzi Children's Village Association, and has travelled widely, and here describes the Pestalozzi history and it's founding. 61 photographs. A well kept copy.
