Gold title on green boards which are clean and unmarked with no wear. Internally clean, tight and unmarked with a little foxing to top edge. Coloured pictorial dustjacket has some light wear with a few small closed tears. The prolific author (1887-1956) was noted for her novels set in her Sussex homeland. A characterful novel and one of her most amusing. SCARCE with complete dustjacket.
