STATED FIRST PRINTING. Black title, motif and ruling on orange cloth boards. Boards are very clean with a few very small light marks and with only a hint of wear to tail of spine. Internally very clean and unmarked apart from some small handwritten numbers to rear pastedown. A Very Good + copy. By intelligent application the author has evolved the one possible method of removing the Crown Jewels from their steel cage in the Wakefield Tower.The manner in which this was brought about is enthrallingly narrated in this novel **** A VERY SCARCE JEPSON TITLE **** Edgar Alfred Jepson 1863-1938 was a prolific crime / thriller writer. His son Selwyn was also a crime writer and his daughter wrote as Margaret Jepson and her daughter is the well known author Fay Weldon.
